Meet Dr. Poblenz
Dr. Charles Poblenz was born and raised in Jensen Beach, Florida. He earned his degree in Psychology with a Chemistry minor from the University of North Florida — where he volunteered as a dental assistant at the I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless — then his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2015.
After graduating, he returned to Jacksonville to build a practice rooted in relationships, quality and community. Through the Donated Dental Services program, he provides free dental care to Jacksonville residents who cannot afford treatment and have no access to public aid.

Dr. Poblenz and the whole team complete advanced continuing education hours every year that far exceed Florida’s state requirements.
Your first visit typically takes about an hour: a comprehensive exam with digital X-rays and an iTero 5D scan, followed by a professional cleaning. Dr. Poblenz reviews your findings with you and builds a personal treatment plan.
No insurance? Our in-office Adult membership is $439 a year — plus CareCredit and Cherry financing.
